Email support@tinyanglestudio.com. Tell us the email address on your account, whether you use iPhone or Android, and what happened. A screenshot helps. We read every message and reply within 7 days.
If someone has hurt you or you are in danger, contact your local police first. Then report the person in the app so we can act on the account.
Signing in
- iPhone: use Sign in with Apple or Google.
- Android: use Google.
- Use the same way every time. A different way of signing in can create a second, empty account.
Location
ShuffleIn uses your location to show items near you. It is rounded to about 1 km before it is stored, and nobody sees your address. If items are missing, check that ShuffleIn may use your location in your phone's settings, then widen your range on the Browse screen.
Report a person or an item
- An item: tap the flag on its card.
- A person: open their profile or the menu in your chat, then choose Report or Block.
Blocking is immediate. Reports go to a person, not a robot. Harmful content is reviewed within 24 hours and other reports within 48 hours.
Premium
Premium is an optional subscription sold by the App Store or Google Play, who handle all billing.
- Cancel on iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, ShuffleIn, Cancel Subscription.
- Cancel on Android: Play Store, your profile picture, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, ShuffleIn, Cancel subscription.
- New phone or reinstalled the app: sign in with the same account, then use Restore purchases on the Premium screen.
- Refunds: the store that took the payment decides. Ask Apple or Google Play.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first, or it will renew.
Delete your account
Open Settings, then Delete my account. The full steps, and what is deleted or kept, are on the Delete your account page.
Disagree with a decision
If your account or item was limited and you think that was wrong, write to us from the email on your account. Appeals are answered within 15 days. The Community guidelines explain how it works.
