Child safety standards

ShuffleIn - last updated 2 November 2026

This page sets out ShuffleIn's standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), how anyone can report it, what we do when they do, and who to contact. ShuffleIn is for adults (18+); nobody under 18 may hold an account.

Our standard: zero tolerance

ShuffleIn prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form. That includes, and is not limited to: any sexual imagery of a minor; sexualised depictions of a minor, including drawn, edited or AI-generated material; grooming; sextortion; trafficking of a minor; soliciting sexual content, contact or money from a minor; and advertising or seeking any of the above. There is no warning and no second chance for this category.

How to report it - in the app

On any person's profile, or in any chat, tap the menu and then Report, choose a reason (for anything involving a child, choose "Inappropriate" and say so in the note), and send. Block closes the chat and hides you from each other at once. Reports reach a person on our team.

How to report it - without an account

Email support@tinyanglestudio.com with the subject "Child safety report", and include a display name, an item name or anything that helps us find it. A person reads that inbox. Please do not attach the material itself - a name or a description is enough, and forwarding the imagery can itself be an offence.

What we do when we receive a report

We acknowledge a child-safety report within 24 hours and act on it in the same window: hide the content straight away, review it, remove it permanently, close the account and any linked accounts we can identify, preserve the evidence for law enforcement, report it to the authorities, and write back to the person who reported it. We record every child-safety decision so that our handling can be examined later.

Reporting to the authorities

ShuffleIn is operated from India by TINYANGLESTUDIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Where we find or are told about child sexual abuse material or the exploitation of a minor, we report it to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and, where the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 requires it, to the local police or the Special Juvenile Police Unit. We preserve the relevant data for the authorities rather than deleting it, and we respond to lawful requests from law enforcement.

Point of contact

Our child-safety point of contact is the Director, TINYANGLESTUDIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, at support@tinyanglestudio.com. Law enforcement, a parent, a school or a member of the public can all write to that address.

If a child is in immediate danger

Call the police on 112, or Childline India on 1098. Please report it to us as well so that we can remove the content and preserve the evidence, but do not wait for us first.
