1. Who we are
ShuffleIn is published by TINYANGLESTUDIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("TinyAngle Studio", "we", "us"), a One Person Company registered in India under CIN U62010PN2026OPC255673, with its registered office at Ashira B 704, Siddhashila EELA, Punawale, Pune City, Pune 411033, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using ShuffleIn you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Using ShuffleIn
You must be 18 or older to use ShuffleIn, and you confirm this when you set up your account. One account per person. You agree to list only items you own and may give away, to describe them honestly, to use your own photos, and not to misuse the service, break the law, access other people's data, interfere with the service, or use automated means to extract data from it.
3. What ShuffleIn is, and is not
ShuffleIn shows your items to people near you and theirs to you. When two people are both interested in each other's item it is a match, and a chat opens so you can arrange the Shuffle. We are not a marketplace, a courier or an escrow. We do not inspect items, verify descriptions, guarantee a Shuffle will happen, or decide disputes between people. Whether, when, where and how you Shuffle is entirely your decision and the other person's.
4. No money between people
ShuffleIn is for Shuffling, not selling. Do not ask for, offer, send or accept money, deposits, "shipping fees", vouchers or any other payment from another person in connection with an item on ShuffleIn. Anyone who asks you for money is breaking these terms: do not pay, and report them. The only payment anywhere in ShuffleIn is the optional Premium subscription in section 10, paid to the app store, never to a person. The app reminds a sender when money comes up in a message and shows the other person a warning; messages are never blocked, but repeated messages asking for money lead to review, pausing or suspension under section 8.
5. Banned items
Some things can never be listed or Shuffled on ShuffleIn, whatever the law where you are: weapons, drugs, medicines, alcohol, tobacco and vapes, live animals and wildlife products, counterfeits, stolen goods, identity documents and SIM cards, and anything else listed on our banned items page. The app refuses listings that mention them; if the refusal is a mistake you may send the listing for review, and it stays hidden until a person approves it. We remove any that get through and may suspend the account.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, descriptions and messages you add. You grant us the licence needed to store them, show your items to other users, deliver your messages and run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not post photos of other people without their permission, anything containing personal data such as documents or number plates, or anything unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
7. Conduct
Be the person you would want to Shuffle with. No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content or unwanted advances; no spam, duplicate listings or advertising; no impersonation; no attempts to take a conversation off ShuffleIn for a sale or to collect personal data. A match is mutual: if someone does not want to continue, respect it. The community guidelines say the same in plain words and form part of these terms.
8. Blocking, reporting, automatic flags and suspension
You can block any person, which closes the chat and hides you from each other, and report any person, item or chat. A member of our team reviews every report and may read the reported chat to decide. We may remove items, close chats, send a note reminding you of the rules, and suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or harms other people, with or without notice, and we report serious matters to the authorities. Automatic flags. If three different people block or report an account within 30 days, or an account sends three messages asking for money in that time, its items are hidden from new people while a person reviews it. At five different people the account is paused until the review is done. Blocks and reports from people who are themselves under review do not count. The person sees the reason in the app.
Appeal. If your items were hidden, your account was paused or suspended, or an item was removed and you believe it is a mistake, email support@tinyanglestudio.com with your display name. We acknowledge within 24 hours and answer, with reasons, within 15 days. We keep a record of every removal, flag, pause and suspension, with the reason and the time.
9. Matches, chats and limits
- Swiping is unlimited and free.
- A match that neither person opens within 3 days expires; it disappears for both people, and both items go back into each other's decks, so you can match again later.
- A free account can have 3 items up at a time, browse up to 10 km, and open 3 new chats in a calendar month (whoever opens the chat first uses one of their 3; replying is always free). Premium removes these limits.
- Marking an item as Shuffled is your own record; nobody can mark another person's item for them.
- Ratings. When both people have marked a Shuffle as done naming the same chat, each may rate the other once: 1 to 5 stars, quick tags and a short note. Ratings are shown once both are in, or after 7 days; the same two people count once in 30 days. A rating is your honest opinion of that Shuffle; one that breaks section 7 may be removed. Profiles show the average, the number of ratings, Shuffles done and the month the person joined, and may carry a "Highly rated" or "New" mark. Swipe counts are never shown.
10. Premium (cost)
ShuffleIn is free to use. Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through the app store you installed ShuffleIn from (Google Play or the Apple App Store), not by us directly. The price is shown in your own currency in the app before you confirm. It renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account settings; to avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds, and any statutory right of withdrawal where you live (for example in the EU and UK), are handled under the policy of that store; contact the store first, and contact us if the store directs you to. Premium adds limits and conveniences only (unlimited chats, more items, a wider range, undo, boost); it never changes what another person sees or ranks anyone above a safety rule.
11. Availability
We aim to keep ShuffleIn running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change, and we may add, alter or withdraw parts of the service. ShuffleIn needs an internet connection.
12. Ending access
We may suspend or end access to an account that breaks these terms or is being used in a way that harms other people or the service. You may stop using ShuffleIn and delete your account at any time from inside the app; see Delete your account.
13. Liability
Because every Shuffle is between you and another person, we are not liable for the condition, authenticity, safety or legality of any item, for a Shuffle that does not happen or goes wrong, or for anything another user says or does. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with ShuffleIn is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Premium in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 1,000 (or the equivalent in your currency). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under consumer law to bring proceedings where you live.

As required by Indian law, we acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. For a complaint about content on ShuffleIn, include a link or the person's display name and what you saw.
16. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially we will update the effective date above and, where the change affects you significantly, tell you in the app.
