ShuffleIn is for ordinary things people no longer use: furniture, electronics, books, clothes, kitchenware, toys, sports gear, plants, tools. Some things can never be listed or Shuffled here, whatever the law says where you live. The app refuses a listing whose words mention them; we remove any that get through, and we may suspend the account.

If a listing is lawful but you would be embarrassed to hand it over in a public place in front of other people, it does not belong on ShuffleIn either.
Food, cosmetics, children's items
Unopened, in-date, shop-sealed food and cosmetics may be Shuffled; opened ones may not. Children's clothes, books, toys and prams are welcome. Child car seats and cots must be complete, undamaged and never recalled; you are responsible for checking.
Meeting safely
- Meet in a public place in daylight: a cafe, a shop, a metro station, a society gate. Never at your home, and do not ask for theirs.
- Check the item first, then Shuffle. Plug it in, open it, try it on. A Shuffle is final the moment it is done.
- Never send money, deposits or "shipping fees". ShuffleIn is Shuffle only, never a sale; anyone asking for money is breaking the rules. Do not pay, do report.
- Keep the chat in ShuffleIn until you have met. There is no need to share your phone number, address, workplace or documents to Shuffle a lamp.
- Tell someone where you are going, or bring them. Trust your instincts: if something feels off, do not go.
- Your location is safe: ShuffleIn rounds it to about a kilometre before it is stored and only ever shows other people a distance, never an address.
Reporting
Every chat and every profile has a Report button (and Block, which closes the chat and hides you from each other at once). Choose the reason, add a line if you want, and a person on our team reviews it. Depending on what we find, we remove the item, close the chat, or suspend the account, and we report serious matters to the authorities. You can also write to support@tinyanglestudio.com.
