Delete it from inside the app
- Open ShuffleIn and sign in.
- Tap the menu (top right), then Settings, then Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete everything.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on that phone.
Or ask us to delete it
Email support@tinyanglestudio.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my ShuffleIn account". We reply within 7 days and finish the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from inside the app so that nobody else can delete your account.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Your profile, your items and all their photos.
- Your swipes, matches, chats, chat photos, blocks and reports you made. Your messages disappear from the other person's chat as well, because the chat itself is removed.
- Your notification token, so no more pushes reach that phone.
- The data stored on your phone by ShuffleIn (when you delete the account in the app).
What is kept, and why
- If you bought Premium, the payment record is held by Google Play or the App Store under their own rules. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your store's subscription settings, or it will renew.
- Anything the law requires us to keep (for example records needed for tax or a legal claim) is kept only for the period the law sets, and then deleted.
- Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Deleting the app is not the same
Uninstalling ShuffleIn removes it from your phone but does not delete your account. Use the steps above.
